I build products.
And share what I learn along the way.
Nearly a decade in — from writing my first lines of code to leading teams and co-building businesses with friends. But the urge to share never went away, so I never really stopped. This is the small corner where I write it all down.

Lessons worth writing down
I write about tech, engineering management, and AI — mostly hard-earned lessons I wish someone had told me a few years ago.
If this resonates, let's keep going.
All the hard-earned lessons from putting AI to work in the real world — from streamlining workflows to automating the tedious stuff — are packed into this course. No abstract theory, just practical lessons you can apply right away.

About
I started out with my head buried in code. Sharing came later.
It all started back in 2020, when I was a freelance developer. I'd take on client work by day and teach myself by night, sharing what I learned along the way. That turned into a YouTube channel where I explained Android development to Vietnamese developers hungry for good material in their own language. I'm proud to say I still run that channel today (even if not as regularly anymore) :3
Alongside YouTube, I was also grinding as a full-time engineer. I climbed from a pure code-monkey to Team Lead, then eventually Project Manager— honestly, I was often pushed into these roles before I felt ready :v But every step added a new layer of experience: it wasn't just about writing code anymore, but learning when to step back and start delegating.
Around that same time, I got the chance to co-found two new ventures. One is a services company that has since scaled to 25+ people. The other is a marketing agency. Both taught me hard-won lessons that pure engineering work never could — mainly how to make decisions when the information in front of you is still incomplete.
Right now I'm juggling 3 roles at once: full-time software engineer and PM, plus two part-time co-founder gigs. Why hasn't it all fallen apart yet (honestly, it might soon)? Because I've learned to be blunt with myself about what actually matters most — and I write down everything else to share here 😃
Shipping software systems
From optimizing user experience and data security to integrating gnarly third-party systems — I focus on making sure core features ship smoothly and hold up in production.
Leading cross-functional teams
Sprint planning, locking down API contracts, managing expectations across the board — I usually end up standing at the border between engineering and the business side, translating so both sides understand each other and work keeps moving.
Building companies
I've co-founded a couple of ventures alongside friends. That meant designing the product myself, building out distribution, and coordinating the engineering team on the core systems that keep the whole company running. Genuinely brutal at times =)))))
Sharing what I learn
I've spent 6+ years making content about software engineering. Simply because I believe the best way to truly understand something deeply is to explain it clearly enough for someone who knows nothing about it.
